August 7, 1938 – September 18, 2025

Janice M. Hopkins, 87, of Irving, NY passed away on Thursday, September 18, 2025 at Brooks Memorial Hospital in Dunkirk, NY. She was born in Smethport, Pa. the daughter of the late Allen and Adeline (Sidonio) Kille. On June 27, 1963 she wed Elton A. Hopkins and he preceded her in death in 1984, after 31 years of marriage.

Janice is survived by four loving children, Timothy Hopkins of Irving, NY, Tina (Jim) Mohart of Tappahannock, VA, Tammy Cline of Rogers, AK and Traci (Tim) Lewis of Marlborough, MA; eight cherished grandchildren, Andrea (Todd) Perseghin, Jennifer Mohart, Katie (Thomas) Ubben, Tyler and Evan Cline, Natalie, Emily and Olivia Lewis; four great-grandchildren, Colter Perseghin, Annabelle, Hayden and Clara Ubben.

In addition to her husband she was predeceased by a brother, Dick Kille.

Janice enjoyed doing arts & crafts at one time owned her own store. She loved cooking was well known for her spaghetti and meatballs, she also was a very accomplished artist.

As per her wishes services were private.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Hole-Parker Funeral Chapel, 160 Central Ave. Silver Creek, NY.
