Dear Marlene, Scott and family,
Where do I begin?? Lynn was sorely missed the moment you told me! He was my BUDDY!!!! Lynn was the most caring, kind, hospitable, generous and loyal individual that I ever enjoyed friendship with. That goes for you too Marlene!! It will take me some time to process his absence.
We did so many enjoyable projects together, both at work and on a personal basis. Lynn was ALWAYS so willing to give of himself. We also enjoyed very deep and meaningful conversation. He possessed a high degree of knowledge in many areas and therefore he was always there for me to tap into his experience. He lovingly shared his knowledge and experience, but allowed me the latitude to eventually make my own decision. I could just feel his concern for me, I still feel it!!
We lived through a very tragic event together! That experience, oddly enough, bonded us even more. The GENTLEMAN, Lynn Trask, is indelibly etched in my heart as long as I live!
Marlene … out of all the nurses that ever rendered care to Lynn, and sadly he had 100’s, you proved to be far and above the best nurse and caregiver that Lynn could have ever had!! May your deep and abiding love, coupled with all the great memories you made together, prove to be a true source of comfort for you.
Oh yes, I’d be remiss if I failed to elaborate on his generosity. Almost on a daily basis, he would bring to work the manifestations of his farming skills. I would receive eggs, pickles, vegetables, fruits, jams, and even wine, to name just a few things.
I love Lynn Trask! I love the Trask family!! I feel like I lost a very close family member. All of you will not be forgotten in the days, weeks and months to come. You are, and will remain in my fondest prayers. I pray that God gives you the strength to endure this most difficult time!!
All my love,
Robert Barucci and Joanne too
