Obituary Carole A. Holben, 78, passed away January 6, 2019. She was born on October 21, 1940 in Buffalo, New York the daughter of Carleton and Nelva L (Hayes) Kuppel. In addition to her parents, Carole was predeceased by her husband, Richard Boyd Holben. Carole is survived by her loving daughter, Pamm Czarka and her husband, Menachem; 3 grandchildren, Kyle, Travis and Camille; 7 siblings, Philip, Terry, Billy, Douglas, Dolly, Patty and Bobby; many nieces and nephews and loving family and friends. Visitation will be held January 10th from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at 280 Mariner Boulevard. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in her name to MDS.
