Obituary of Nicole L Kavanaugh

Nicole L. Kavanaugh, 52, of Silver Creek, NY passed away on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at her home with her family at her side.

She was born on September 20, 1969 in Salamanca, NY the daughter of the late Sue Burdick. On July 2, 2005 she married Ronald J. Kavanaugh in Irving, NY.

Nicole is survived by her beloved husband Ronald J. Kavanaugh Jr., her two daughters, Ashley (Mathew) O’ Connor of Durham, N.C. and Heather (Justin) Duffett of Boston, NY; three sons, Ronald J. (Julie) Kavanaugh III of Williamsburg, VA, Phillip (Jamie) Kavanaugh of Hamburg, NY and Nicolas Kavanaugh of Silver Creek; eight cherished grandchildren, Kayla DePlacido, Brandon, Kenleigh, Bradley, Kaydence, Kassidy and Bryson Kavanaugh, and Lorelei O’Connor; her three sisters, Connie (Jeffrey) Perryman of Rock Hill, S.C., Sandy (Jay) Rollins of Dunkirk, NY and Teri Drone of Silver Creek; and a step-father, Jeffrey Burdick of Rock Hill S.C.

She was also preceded in death by a step-father, John Drone.

Nicole grew up in Salamanca, NY. She enjoyed supporting local events and organizations as the owner of Stitchez in Silver Creek. She loved the Grape Festival especially, and attended every year.

She loved riding motorcycles on the open road and spending time with the Brothers of the Road MC, vintage horror movies, decorating her home for Halloween and Christmas, and fireworks all year long. Her favorite things were being a Wife, Mother, and Grammie, and her family will cherish all the beautiful memories she gave them.

Friends may call at the Hole-Parker Funeral Chapel, 160 Central Ave. Silver Creek on Thursday, December 9, 2021 from 4-7 PM. A funeral service will immediately follow at 7 PM.
