Obituary of Anne M Kasperek

Anne M. Kasperek, 64, of Silver Creek, NY passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at Buffalo General Hospital in Buffalo, NY.

She was born on December 23, 1956 in Buffalo, NY the daughter of the late Paul and Philomena (Galluzzi) Castanza. On May 26, 1979 she married the love of her life Michael J. Kasperek at the Orchard Park Presbyterian Church.

Anne is survived by her beloved husband of forty-two years Michael J. Kasperek; two loving sons, Nathaniel “Nate” (Shannon) Kasperek of Angola, NY and Zachary (Sara) Kasperek of Fort Rucker, Ala; five cherished grandchildren, Isabella, Adriana, Gabriel, Xander and Lucas; two sisters, Rosemary Castanza of N. Boston, NY and Paula (late Rick) Fronzak of Orchard Park, NY; a brother, Paul (Yovonna) Castanza of Blasdell, NY; and many nieces and nephews.

Anne was a 1975 graduate of Frontier High School in Hamburg, NY, she belonged to the St. John’s Lutheran Church in Angola, NY, where she sang in the choir with her husband Michael. She was well known as an accomplished singer and shared her beautiful voice at many weddings and funerals.

Anne’s world revolved around her family and they loved and enjoyed her great traditional Italian cooking. She had an engaging personality, who could make instant friends with anybody. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Relatives and friends may call at the Hole-Parker Funeral Chapel, 160 Central Ave. Silver Creek, NY on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 from 4-7 PM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at St John Lutheran Church,962 Gold St. Angola, NY at 11 AM, (please assemble at the church). Committal will be at the Glenwood Cemetery in Silver Creek.
