Obituary of Thomas Lee Elliott

Thomas Lee Elliott, 57, of Angola, NY passed away unexpectedly on Saturday morning, November 12, 2022 at his home with his beloved wife Shannon at his side.

He was born on March 15, 1965 in Buffalo, NY the son of the late Gerald and Sharon (Nephew) Elliot. On April 9, 2013 he married his soul mate Shannon Ross in Antigua.

Tom graduated from Silver Creek Central School in 1983. He worked for the Steamfitters Union Local 395 in Buffalo, NY.

Tom was a proud member of the Seneca Nation of Indians and the Turtle Clan. He loved sports and enjoyed golfing, boating and fishing. He was a diehard Buffalo Bills fan and also was known for his wicked sense of humor. Family was his first priority he looked forward to the holidays and spoiling his nieces and nephews.

He is survived by his wife Shannon Elliott; three sisters, Robin (Brian) Seneca, Kim (Chooch) Mohawk of Irving, NY and Beth (Richard) Boyd of South Dakota; Shannon’s parents, Margaret and  Casey Wojtasczyk; also survived by many nieces and nephews. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

In addition to his parents Tom was preceded in death by his step-father, Donald Train and two sisters, Monica Elliott and Nadine Newman.

 

Relatives and friends may call at the Hole-Parker Funeral Chapel, 160 Central Ave. Silver Creek, Tuesday, November 15, 2022 from 5-9 PM & Wednesday, November 16, 2022 from 2-4 & 6-9 PM, where a funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 11 AM. Rev. Roland Cooper of the Good Shepherd Episcopal Church will officiate.
