Obituary of Stefanie H. Palmer

Stefanie H. Palmer, 44, of Silver Creek, NY passed away peacefully on Friday morning June 2, 2023 at Erie County Medical Center surrounded by her family and Pastor Thomas Lutz.  

Stefanie was born on December 15, 1978 in Buffalo, NY, the daughter of the late Terrance and Sharon (Eckhardt) Palmer.  She lived in Hamburg, NY until 2008 and then moved to a group home in Silver Creek, NY.

She is survived by her beloved brothers Terrence and Gregory Palmer and their families.  Terrence and JoAnn Palmer, children Aaron, Joshua, Michael, Sharon, David.  Gregory and Marla Palmer, children Lusha, Seth, Ethan, Manny, Emmy, Caleb.  She is also survived by her loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Stefanie was a happy, sweet girl who will be remembered for her warm smile and laughter.  She enjoyed music, movies, animals, water, and traveling places.  Even though she could not talk, Stefanie enjoyed people visiting and talking to her.   She could feel the love from others around her.  Stefanie overcame many challenges in life with a smile on her face.  She will be missed.

A special thanks to the staff at the group home in Silver Creek, NY for the care and love they provided.

Friends and family may visit at the Hole-Parker Funeral Chapel, 160 Central Avenue, Silver Creek, NY on Friday, June 23, 2023 from 4-7 PM. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 3487 N. Boston Rd. Eden, NY at 11 AM.
