I am saddened at Judy's passing. She is the mother of one of my best friend's wife Evette Badecki. In 2010 I did a 48 state motorcycle trip in 23 days to raise money for a local food pantry. Judy and Dale opened their home to me on the second day of that trip in early September. This was the day that all of New England and NY had monumental flooding. I rode 13 hours that day in13 inches of rain from Keene NH diverting around closed roads and missing bridges to get to their home. Judy's smile, hugs and welcome made me feel like one of her own family. The dinner she prepared was awesome and fortified me for the next days ride to Minnesota. I will never forget her laugh and hospitality. RIP Judy you have lived a life for all of God's children to follow. I will miss you!
